Schedule delay
The completion date slips every month and nobody can name the activities actually driving it.

Energy Projects | EPC | AI-Enabled
I help EPC and energy project teams identify problems early, control schedule and cost deviations, and make better decisions — using proven project management methods, with AI as an accelerator.

What I solve
Each is a signal that usually gets taken seriously too late. Under each one is the service built for it.
The completion date slips every month and nobody can name the activities actually driving it.
The baseline is out of date, updates are irregular, and the schedule is not what decisions are based on.
Percent complete is reported, but SPI, CPI and estimate at completion are not.
Drawings closed in the design office don’t build easily on site, and changes come back late.
Interfaces between disciplines and contractors have no register and no owner until they fail on site.
Risks get logged once they have already become issues, not while they could still be prevented.
It is unclear who decides what, by when — so decisions slip week after week.
Reports look fine, yet senior management senses it isn’t seeing the full picture.
Teams spend days assembling reports while AI tools go unused or are used ad hoc.
Why seeing early matters
In fog, a problem doesn’t disappear; it is only seen later.
My job is to put it in front of you before you reach that point.
Services
Each is built for one kind of problem. Before you start you know what will be done, what you receive and how long it takes.
Service 1
In two weeks you know where the project really stands, what is holding it back and what the first three actions are.
Service 2
Faster reporting, earlier risk, and decisions resting on traceable data.
Service 3
It becomes clear where the organisation’s project management system drives decisions and where it only produces reports — and where improvement should start.
The simplest start is the 60-minute diagnostic session: 3.5 million toman. Smaller ways to start, and all prices
Case studies
For each project: my role, the challenge we faced and what we did. Client names, contract values and document numbers are never published; results are shared only through non-confidential indicators.

Several hundred pages of contract, letters and minutes were read with one fixed template. The timeline showed the delay was a missing prerequisite the other party was obliged to provide. Work that would have taken weeks produced a decision memo in days.

Positioning
A project is won neither in the design office nor on site — it is won in the gap between the two, and managing that gap is my work.
Most project trouble starts right there. The design office issues a drawing that does not build easily on site, and the site makes a decision nobody saw in design. I have spent years moving between the two and learning to translate each one’s language for the other — before it turns into a dispute.
Mission
I help you see a project’s problems while there is still room to recover — not when all that is left is explaining them.
Three steps
From the first message to the page in your hands, there are only three steps.
The type of project, the stage you are in, and the question that won’t go away. That is enough for me to tell whether it is in my field.
By phone, online or in person. I ask more than I tell; a problem has to be heard properly before it is answered.
Within 24 hours you have a single page: the diagnosis, two options, and the next action with a named owner. Something you can put on the table in tomorrow’s meeting.
Verifiable
Every credential with its issuer and exact status. The certificate images are on the Expertise page so you can verify them yourself.
Fifteen questions · about ten minutes
The same questions I ask in a diagnostic session. At the end you see the project health score out of 100, the score for each of ten areas, and the three places to start.
Where to start
By the end of that session you know where the problem really is, which two options you have, and what to do tomorrow morning.
Usually replies in a few seconds
Replies are written by AI, so your message is sent to that service; please don’t send confidential project documents or data.
