Services

Three defined services, with clear deliverables, duration and fees

Before you start you know which service your problem needs, what will be done, what you receive, how long it takes and what it costs.

Which service for which problem

Three core services

Before I tell you what I offer, let me tell you why I do this. Twenty years on energy projects have shown me one thing again and again: projects rarely fail because of one big mistake; they fail because of a few small decisions made too late. And almost always, someone knew months earlier — but was either not heard, or got so lost in the reports that it never reached a decision.

Service 1

Project Health Check & Diagnosis

In two weeks you know where the project really stands, what is holding it back and what the first three actions are.

The problem

The real status of the project is unclear: delays accumulate, reports don’t reconcile, and decisions rest on impressions rather than data.

What I do

  • Review the schedule against the baseline and isolate the true drivers of critical-path delay.
  • Test progress measurement, earned value and cost deviation.
  • Review the risk register, engineering–procurement–construction interfaces and the decision path.
  • Short interviews with key people in the design office and on site — no confidential documents leave your organisation.

What you receive

  • Diagnostic report: actual status and root causes of delay and deviation
  • Project health score across ten areas, with evidence for each
  • Open risks, and the risks missing from the register
  • Recovery options and an action plan with owners and dates
  • Findings presentation to management
Duration
Two weeks
Best suited to
EPC projects in engineering, procurement or construction that are delayed, in recovery, or unclear to management.
Fee
From 70 million toman; the final figure is agreed after scoping and before work starts.
How to start
Free online health check → 60-minute diagnostic session → scope agreed and start

Service 2

AI-Assisted Project Management

Faster reporting, earlier risk, and decisions resting on traceable data.

The problem

Controls teams spend days compiling reports, risks surface late from meeting minutes, and warnings reach management when all that is left is explaining them.

What I do

  • Select one real, recurring cycle: progress reporting, risk capture or long-lead item tracking.
  • Define the exact output, the person accountable for approving it, and how data is handled — before any technical work.
  • Build fixed templates and run them in parallel with the current process, not instead of it.
  • Measure two numbers: report preparation time, and the lag between an event and its capture.

What you receive

  • Weekly and monthly report templates with figures traceable to source
  • A routine for extracting risks from minutes and correspondence, for specialist approval
  • Early-warning dashboard: emerging risks, schedule threats and recommended actions
  • Team prompt pack and safe data-use guideline
  • Short hands-on workshop with the project office
Duration
Two to three parallel reporting cycles, on a monthly retainer
Best suited to
Projects or PMOs with a baselined schedule and a risk register that want faster, sharper reporting and warnings.
Fee
22 million toman per month (monthly advisor); on-site team workshop 8 million toman for the first two hours.
How to start
60-minute diagnostic session → first cycle selected → parallel run

Data boundary: No project document or data goes into a public AI service; work is done only on anonymised data or inside the client’s approved environment.

Service 3

Project Management System Assessment & Improvement

It becomes clear where the organisation’s project management system drives decisions and where it only produces reports — and where improvement should start.

The problem

Every project reinvents its own process, the PMO reports but doesn’t drive decisions, accountabilities are blurred, and lessons never reach the next project.

What I do

  • Assessment against the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline (PEB): people & purpose, processes & resources, project results.
  • Process review against ISO 21500, and a fixed monthly, weekly and daily cycle based on P3.express.
  • Governance review: decision rights, change control and the PMO’s real role.
  • Interviews with managers and teams, and review of live documents under the same confidentiality rules.

What you receive

  • Assessment report with a score and evidence for each criterion
  • Gap list prioritised by impact
  • Improvement roadmap with owners and dates
  • Templates for the weekly and monthly cycle, risk register and status report
Duration
Scoped to the number of projects and units; confirmed in writing before start
Best suited to
Owners, EPC contractors or consultants running several projects, and PMOs that want to move from reporting to decision-making.
Fee
Agreed in writing after scoping, before work starts.
How to start
60-minute diagnostic session → assessment scope → start

Five forms of engagement

Ways to start, and prices

If you are not yet sure which service fits, start with a diagnostic session. These five differ only in depth.

  1. Project diagnostic session — 60 minutes, phone or online

    Duration
    One hour
    Best for
One specific issue: schedule status, an open risk, or where to start with AI.
    Output
A one-page note with the diagnosis, two options and the next action — within 24 hours of the session.
    Fee
    3.5 million toman (IRR 35,000,000).
  2. Three-session package — one issue, one month

    Duration
Three one-hour sessions over four weeks
    Best for
An issue one session won’t close: delay recovery, preparing for a claims meeting, or bringing AI into the team’s reporting cycle.
    Output
A note after each session and a closing summary with open actions and an owner for each.
    Fee
9.5 million toman for all three sessions, prepaid — better value than three single sessions.
  3. On-site session at the client’s premises

    Duration
    Minimum two hours
    Best for
Reviewing the schedule and risk register with the team, or a short workshop introducing AI in project management.
    Output
Minutes with an owner and deadline for every action.
    Fee
8 million toman for the first two hours; each additional hour at the session rate. Travel, if needed, is extra.
  4. Monthly advisor

    Duration
    One month, renewable
    Best for
A project manager or owner who needs someone alongside them through the month, not just in one meeting.
    Output
Four one-hour sessions, message replies on working days within 24 hours, and a monthly review of the progress report.
    Fee
22 million toman per month. Concurrent capacity: three clients.
  5. Project health check and diagnosis — two weeks

    Duration
    Two weeks, as a project
    Best for
A project whose real status is unclear, that is delayed or has entered recovery.
    Output
Diagnostic report, health score across ten areas, open risks, and an action plan with owners and deadlines.
    Fee
From 70 million toman; the final figure is agreed after scoping and before work starts.

Clear prices, fixed for you

Prices are exactly as shown; the first four services have fixed fees and there is no need to negotiate. Only the two-week health check depends on the size of the project, and its final figure is agreed before work starts. The price of any package is fixed for you from the moment of payment, even if the site’s prices change later. For engagements outside Iran, fees are scoped and agreed in writing in the client’s currency.

Why I do this

The work I wish someone had done for me

Early in my career I was several times in a position where I knew the project was being hurt somewhere, but I had neither the language to prove it to my manager nor anyone who would sit with me for an hour and say “put it this way”.

That one hour, had it existed, would have changed a lot. What I do today is exactly that — for the person standing in that spot right now.

What you take away from the session

You understand where the problem really is

Often what bothers you is not the problem itself but a symptom of something else. Separating the two is half the solution.

You find the words to say it

Many project problems are solvable if they are put properly, and with evidence, to senior management or the client. We build that sentence together.

You know what to do tomorrow morning

You leave with a specific action, not a general feeling. If the only result is that you feel better, we have both wasted our time.

If it isn’t my field, I say so

Sometimes the issue is legal, or more specialised than my field. In that case I tell you in the first fifteen minutes and the session is free.

One hour, one issue

A session ends with a specific action, not a general summary.

The decision is yours — I only make sure the decision on the table is clearer than before.

Before you book

Our agreements in every session

  • You only write three lines: what the project is, where you are, and what won’t let go of you. The rest is on me.
  • You never need to send a confidential document — not before the session, not after. The boundary I keep with project data is written down and applied in every session.
  • If within the first fifteen minutes I see your issue is outside my field, I say so and the session is free. Your time is worth more than an hour of mine.
  • The session ends with a specific action and an owner. The decision is yours — I only make sure the decision on the table is clearer than before.

Three lines are enough to start: project type, current stage, main question

The rest is on me; we arrange the session by phone, online or in person.
